Plaza of Nations.

Attollo has been retained by Canadian Metropolitan Properties Crop. (CMPC) to manage the entitlement, design and build out one of the only remaining pieces of waterfront in Downtown Vancouver. 

The proposed development will provide over 1.6 Million SF of residential and 350,000 SF of world-class retail and office space. Plaza of Nations will become a city landmark and help solidify the neighbourhood as the “Events and Entertainment District”. 
Build it.

Public amenities will include a Civic Centre and Ice Rink, Central Plaza, Seawall, Waterfront Promenade, Public Rooftops, Grand Stairs and Pedestrian Bridges. 

Approximately 13 acres are owned by CMPC which were formerly the centre of Expo ‘86, Plaza of Nations. This site's legacy will continue as it is a key component of the city’s “Northeast False Creek Plan”, which recently won an “Excellence Award” from the American Planning Association.
